Payment options

Payment options control how direct and return golfers pay. Golfers who find you through Golfa search (marketplace) always pay online in full.

Open payment options

1. Go to Settings.
2. Stay on the Account tab.
3. Tap the Payment options row (subtitle shows your current choice).
4. The payment options panel opens.

Pay online (all plans)

1. Select Pay online.
2. Tap Save.
3. Direct and return golfers pay the lesson price (and any booking fee shown) by card when they book. You mark lessons complete and receive payouts per your Payouts settings.

Pay at venue (Golfa Pro)

1. Upgrade to Golfa Pro from Settings → Billing if you have not already.
2. Open Payment options again.
3. Select Pay at venue.
4. Tap Save.
5. Direct and return bookings will charge only the booking fee online; collect your lesson price at the club. Use Bookings to see who still owes at venue and mark paid when settled.

Marketplace bookings

You do not need a separate setting: golfers from search or the map always complete card payment at checkout.

Tips

• Tell regulars who use your booking link that pay at venue means they pay you at the lesson, not on the website.
• Keep Payouts bank details current for booking fees and online lesson payments.
