Voice notes

Voice notes let coaches send spoken feedback without typing a long message.

Record a voice note

1. Open Messages and select the client.
2. Tap the microphone icon in the compose bar.
3. Tap Record, speak your feedback, then tap Stop when finished (maximum 60 seconds).
4. Preview playback if needed, then tap Send.

Only coaches can send voice notes. Golfers can listen and reply with text.

When to use voice notes

• Summarise the main fix from a lesson while it is fresh.
• Explain drill setup or practice priorities between sessions.
• Follow up after sending a swing video so the golfer hears your tone and emphasis.

Voice notes do not expire in the thread — unlike photos and videos, which expire after 7 days.

Tips

• Keep notes under a minute and lead with the one change you want the golfer to remember.
• Mention the club or drill name clearly so they can find it in their bag or range session.
• Combine with Video analysis and media when a visual plus your voice lands best.
