Video analysis and media

Use Messages to share swing videos and photos after lessons or for online coaching subscribers.

Send a photo or video

1. Open Messages and select the client.
2. Tap + at the bottom of the thread.
3. Choose Photo or Video and pick a file from your device.
4. Add an optional caption and send. The golfer sees the attachment in the thread.

Videos can include a short preview thumbnail in the chat. Ask golfers to download important clips before they expire.

Media balance

1. Tap Media balance beside the compose bar to see how many media tokens you have left for this client this week.
2. Each client has a weekly allowance of photos and videos (shown in the balance panel).
3. When you are at the limit, upgrade your media pack or wait until the weekly reset.

Photos and videos expire after 7 days in the thread. Voice notes do not expire — see Voice notes.

Online coaching and media

Golfers on an active swing-analysis subscription can receive your media sends according to their plan. Set up plans under Coaching → online coaching tabs.

Upgrade capacity

1. When Media balance shows you are at the limit, tap Upgrade in the panel.
2. Complete checkout for a higher media pack tier.
3. Return to Messages — your new allowance applies to new sends.

Tips

• Film short, focused clips (one swing angle at a time) so golfers know what to work on.
• Pair video with a voice note or text summary so the key cue is easy to find later.
