Messages overview
Chat with clients in one place, tied to their bookings.
Messages is your inbox for client conversations. Text, photos, videos, and voice notes stay next to each golfer’s booking history.
Open your inbox
- Tap Messages in the bottom nav (mobile) or sidebar (desktop).
- Your client list shows recent conversations. Tap a name to open the thread.
- On desktop, the client profile panel on the right shows upcoming and past Bookings for that golfer.
When you can message
- Upcoming or recent lessons — You and the golfer can usually chat around confirmed bookings for a set window after the lesson.
- Online coaching subscribers — Active swing-analysis subscribers can message you anytime while their plan is live.
- Coaches always send — You can reply in an open thread even when the golfer’s window has ended, so follow-ups are not lost.
If a golfer’s chat has ended, they may need an upcoming lesson or an active online coaching plan to message you again.
Text messages
- Open a thread and type in the box at the bottom.
- Tap the send arrow (mobile) or press Return (desktop) to send.
- Keep lesson logistics and follow-ups here instead of personal email or SMS so context stays with Bookings.
Archive conversations
- In the inbox, open the menu beside a client row.
- Choose Archive to move the thread out of your main inbox.
- Switch to the Archived tab to search archived clients or restore a thread.
Threads with no activity for a long time may move to Archived automatically.
