Bookings overview

Bookings is your diary: calendar view, list view, and tools to add or change lessons.

Open your diary

1. Tap Bookings in the bottom nav (mobile) or sidebar (desktop).
2. Default view is the calendar — swipe or use arrows to change week; tap Today to jump back.
3. Switch to list view if you prefer a chronological list of upcoming lessons.

Read a booking

Each entry shows client name, lesson type, time, and payment indicators where relevant. Tap a booking to open details.

Add a manual booking

1. In calendar view, tap an empty slot inside your teaching hours.
2. Choose Add booking.
3. Enter golfer details (existing client or guest name), lesson type, duration, and payment method as shown.
4. Save. The slot appears on your calendar and counts toward your stats.

Upcoming on dashboard

Your Dashboard shows the next few upcoming bookings with a link to View all → Bookings.

Tips

• Rely on Golfa confirmations so date, time, and meeting point stay in sync for you and the golfer.
• Use calendar Compact / Comfortable density (desktop toolbar) if you want taller or shorter hour rows.
