Confirm and reschedule
Handle changes without losing the thread.
Most online bookings are confirmed at checkout. You change time or details from the booking sheet.
Open a booking
- Go to Bookings.
- Tap the lesson on the calendar or list.
- The edit booking sheet opens with client, time, lesson type, and notes.
Reschedule
- In the edit sheet, change date or time to the new slot (must be within your availability).
- Save. The golfer’s confirmation updates to the new time where notifications are enabled.
- If the slot is no longer free, pick another time or block the conflicting slot first.
Manual bookings and payment links
- For manual bookings, you can send a payment link from the edit sheet if the golfer still owes online.
- Copy the link and send it by email or message outside Golfa if needed.
- Mark paid at venue when you collect cash at the club (Pro pay-at-venue flows).
Messaging
For day-to-day chat, swing video, and voice notes, see Messages overview.
- Open Messages from the bottom nav.
- Select the client or booking thread.
- Send lesson notes or follow-ups so context stays next to the booking.
Tips
- Agree reschedule times with the golfer before moving a booking in the system.
- After rescheduling, check Bookings the same day to confirm the old slot is free.
