Capacity and pricing

Capacity stops the session from overfilling. Pricing should match how you charge per head or per group.

Set capacity

1. Coaching → Group tab → create or edit a session.
2. Find capacity or maximum golfers (minimum is set by the product, often 2+).
3. Enter the maximum number you will accept.
4. Save. When the session is full, golfers can no longer join that slot.

Set price

1. In the same form, enter price per golfer (or the group price field shown).
2. Add a short description of what is included: balls, range time, course fee, etc.
3. Save. Golfers see the price before checkout.

Adjust or cancel a session

1. Open Coaching → Group and select the session, or find it on Bookings.
2. Edit capacity or price before anyone books if you made a mistake.
3. If you must cancel, use Bookings to cancel the booking and communicate with enrolled golfers via Messages.

Tips

• Run a smaller capacity first if you are trialling a new clinic format.
• Align group prices with your individual hourly rate so the session is worth your time.
