Booking flow
How golfers join a group session through Golfa.
Golfers book group sessions from your public profile or booking link the same way as private lessons, with extra steps for number of places.
Golfer books a group slot
- Golfer opens your profile or booking link.
- They select the group session (name and time you configured).
- They choose how many places they need if the product allows (or book one place per checkout, depending on setup).
- They complete checkout with card payment (group marketplace rules follow online payment like individual marketplace bookings).
- They receive confirmation with date, time, meeting point, and session name.
What you do after a booking
- Open Bookings and find the session on the calendar.
- Tap the booking to see client names and payment status.
- Use Messages after the lesson if you send summaries or follow-ups.
Keep sessions visible
- Coaching → Group — leave published sessions listed while you want bookings open.
- When the clinic is full, capacity on the session prevents new bookings automatically.
- Remove or hide past sessions when the date has passed if you tidy your list.
Tips
- Put the day and time in the session title if you run many similar clinics (for example “Wed 6pm — wedge clinic”).
- Check Bookings the day before so you know exact attendee names.
