Your booking link

Your booking link is your public Golfa profile URL. Anyone with the link can view your lessons and book an available time.

Find and copy your link

1. Sign in and open Dashboard.
2. Scroll to Your public profile (or the public profile card on your profile page).
3. If prices are not set yet, the link may be locked — go to Coaching → Individual → Prices, add at least one price, and save. The link unlocks automatically.
4. Tap Copy next to the URL, or select the link field and copy it.
5. Paste the link wherever you promote lessons: Instagram bio, WhatsApp, email signature, club website, or a QR code on a business card.

Preview before sharing

1. On the dashboard, tap Preview profile next to your URL.
2. Your public page opens in a new tab — walk through as a golfer would: lesson types, prices, calendar, and checkout.
3. Close the tab and adjust Coaching or Profile if anything looks wrong.

Direct vs marketplace bookings

• Direct — A golfer uses your link (or returns to book you again). Fee rules for direct bookings depend on your plan; see Setting prices and Payment options.
• Marketplace — A golfer discovers you through Golfa search or the coach map. Those bookings always pay online at checkout.

Tips

• Add your link to the club’s “book a lesson” page so members book through your live calendar.
• After you change prices or hours, the same link always shows current availability — you do not need a new URL.
