Profile and payouts

Your profile is what golfers read before they book. Payout details are how you get paid for lessons paid through Golfa.

Edit your profile

1. Go to Profile (mobile bottom nav) or Profile in the desktop sidebar.
2. On mobile, tap Edit profile. On desktop, edit in place on the profile page.
3. Update your photo, name, headline, and bio so golfers know who you are and how you coach.
4. Add qualifications and choose your club or teaching venue where prompted.
5. Save your changes. Open Preview profile from the dashboard if you want to check the public page.

Set up payouts

1. Go to Settings (from Profile → Settings on mobile, or the sidebar on desktop).
2. Open the Payouts tab.
3. Tap to add or update your bank account details (UK bank account for standard payouts).
4. Save. Golfa uses these details on a regular payout schedule for confirmed online payments.
5. Return to Payouts anytime to view payout history and download invoices where available.

Account and billing

1. In Settings, stay on the Account tab for email, sign-in, appearance, and Payment options (how direct bookings are paid).
2. Open the Billing tab to view your Golfa plan (Free, Pro, or Team), upgrade, or manage subscription.

Tips

• Keep contact with golfers inside Golfa (Messages) so it stays tied to the booking.
• If your bank details change, update Payouts before the next payout run.
