What Golfa does for your coaching business and how to get live quickly.
Golfa gives you a public profile golfers can book from, a calendar for lessons, and payouts when you take paid bookings online. Follow the steps below in order — you can finish the essentials in one sitting.
Before you begin
- Sign in at golfa.co with the email you used to register as a coach.
- On mobile, use the bottom navigation: Dashboard, Bookings, Coaching, Messages, and Profile.
- On desktop, use the left sidebar for the same areas.
Go live
1. Open your profile
Go to Profile (mobile) or Profile in the sidebar (desktop). Tap Edit profile to add your photo, headline, bio, qualifications, and the club or range where you teach.
2. Set lesson prices
Open Coaching → Individual tab → under Prices, tap Prices and enter at least one amount (for example 30 or 60 minutes). Save. Your public profile unlocks once you have bookable prices.
3. Add lesson types
Still on Coaching → Individual, under Lessons, tap Lessons. Turn on the lesson types you offer (for example driving range, on-course, custom fitting) and choose which durations apply to each. Save.
4. Set where you meet golfers
On the same page, under Lessons, tap Lesson meeting point. Name your bays or locations and pick a default. Save.
5. Open coaching hours
Under Availability, tap Coaching hours. Set your usual teaching hours for each day of the week, then tap Save.
6. Set booking rules
Tap Booking settings to choose how far ahead golfers can book and minimum notice before a new booking. Add any days off under blocked dates if needed. Save.
7. Add payout details
Go to Settings → Payouts tab. Enter your bank details so Golfa can pay you for online bookings. Save.
8. Copy your booking link
On Dashboard, find Your public profile. Copy the URL and share it on social media, email, or your club website.
Checklist
When profile, prices, lesson types, meeting point, coaching hours, and payouts are done, golfers can book you from your link or from Golfa search.
Tips
- The setup checklist on your dashboard highlights anything still missing.
- Use Preview profile on the dashboard to see exactly what golfers see before you share your link.
