Teams overview

Run multiple coaches under one club presence on Golfa.

The Team plan lets a club or academy host several coaches under one brand, with a shared team dashboard and roster tools.

Subscribe to Team

  1. Go to SettingsBilling.
  2. Choose the Team plan and complete checkout (or use Create a team from billing if prompted).
  3. After payment, finish any setup screens — your account gains Team access.

Open the team app

  1. On mobile: ProfileYour team (or Team if not yet named).
  2. On desktop: sidebar Team.
  3. The team area uses its own navigation: Team, Coaches, Bookings, Clients, Analytics. Tap Back to return to your personal coach dashboard.

First tasks as team admin

  1. Team home — review stats and upcoming team bookings.

  2. Your club profile

    set logo, club name, and venue on the team dashboard (admins).

  3. Coaches

    invite staff (see Inviting coaches).

  4. Bookings

    see all coaches’ lessons on one day calendar.

Roles

  • Team admin — Billing, settings, invites, club profile.
  • Team member — Teaches under the team; sees team bookings and roster as permitted.

Tips

  • Each coach still maintains their own coach profile and coaching hours; the team view aggregates visibility for managers.
