Keep one club story while highlighting individuals.

Branding and roles keep the club experience consistent while each coach stays bookable.

Club profile (team admin)

  1. Go to Team dashboard (home).
  2. Open Your club profile.
  3. Upload a logo, set team / club name, and link your golf club from the directory where available.
  4. Save. The logo appears on the team dashboard and team navigation.

Team settings

  1. TeamSettings (desktop sidebar; admins only on mobile may use team settings from dashboard links).
  2. Update team name, billing, or membership options shown there.
  3. Save changes.

Coach roles

  1. TeamCoaches.
  2. For each member, set role to Admin or Member as your plan allows.
  3. Admins can manage invites, billing, and club profile; members focus on teaching.

Analytics and clients

  1. Analytics

    view team booking trends and peak times (team bottom nav on mobile).

  2. Clients

    see golfers who have booked any coach on the team.

Tips

  • Align lesson naming across coaches so team Bookings are easy to scan.
  • Use Back on mobile to leave the team app and return to your personal Dashboard when coaching under your own name.
