Durations and titles

Name and length choices that match how you actually coach.

Durations control how long a slot is held in your diary. Lesson type names are what golfers pick on your profile.

Choose durations per lesson type

  1. Go to CoachingIndividual → tap Lessons.
  2. Find the lesson type you want to edit.
  3. Tick each duration you offer for that type (for example only 60 minutes for on-course, 30 and 60 for range).
  4. Save. Do not offer a duration you cannot fit in your coaching hours.

Custom fitting (if applicable)

  1. In the same Lessons sheet, enable Custom fitting if you offer club fitting.
  2. Configure fitting slot lengths as shown (fitting often uses fixed slot sizes).
  3. Set fitting prices under Prices or the fitting-specific options in the sheet.

Align with your calendar

  1. Open Coaching hours (CoachingAvailabilityCoaching hours).
  2. Make sure open hours are long enough for your longest lesson plus any buffer you need between sessions.
  3. Save coaching hours after you add longer durations.

Naming tips

  • Use titles golfers recognise: “60-minute driving range lesson” beats internal codes.
  • If junior and adult sessions differ, use separate types or clear labels and junior prices.

Tips

  • Standardise on the durations you actually teach (for example always 45 or 60 minutes) to avoid awkward gaps in the calendar.
